Here's March number for the entire Austin. In March 2015, residential sales units were DOWN only 1% compared to March 2014. Wow! That's not bad. In Lake Travis ISD, sales were UP a whopping 18% compared to last March. That is awesome, isn't it? That tells me, its a SELLER's market out there. Our inventory is low and now is the time to sell.
